Swoon

Terms of Use

Effective 6 October 2026

These terms are between you and Vishnu V, who makes Swoon. By using Swoon you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Swoon does

Swoon suggests replies to conversations you choose. Suggestions are drafts written by an AI model. They can be wrong, unsuitable or not what you meant. You decide what to send, and you're responsible for the messages you send. Swoon never sends a message for you.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old.

Using it responsibly

Don't use Swoon to:

We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Other websites

Swoon's built-in browser opens third-party websites such as messaging services. We don't run them or control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. Those websites may change in ways that stop Swoon from reading them.

Your content

Your conversations, memories and messages stay yours. You let Swoon process them only to provide the app, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans and subscriptions

Swoon is free to use within the Free plan's daily and weekly reply limits. Swoon Pro and Max raise those limits and are sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play, at the price shown before you buy. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the period you paid for ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Replies that fail to generate don't count toward your limits. We may change plans, limits or prices for future periods, and the store will tell you before a price increase applies to you.

The service

Swoon is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate but don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the outcome of messages you send. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending

You can stop using Swoon and delete your account at any time.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. The laws of India govern these terms.
